CofC Foundation Fellowship Application
Thank you for your interest in the CofC Foundation Fellowship program. We invite you to fill out the details below so that we can get in touch with you regarding the program. As a Foundation Fellow, you will have the opportunity to participate in the Foundation Board in various ways, including the following:
- Engage in a two-year Fellowship program with 1-3 other Fellows and the CofC Foundation Board of Directors, which is made up of 37 volunteers.
- Build a mentoring relationship with a current Foundation Board Director.
- Attend four (4) two-day meetings held on Thursday and Friday. Typically, the meetings fall in September, November (Homecoming), February, and May (Spring Alumni Weekend).
- Participate in committee meetings as scheduled, at least once per quarter, in a non-voting capacity.
- Attend four (4) quarterly Board meetings per fiscal year in a nonvoting capacity.
- Discuss your philanthropic strategy with a staff member of the College’s Division of Institutional Advancement.
- Provide a Fellowship report to the Foundation Board during the February quarterly meeting.
- Participate in periodic assessments of the program, its successes, and areas for improvement.
Please note that you must be a CofC alum or a current CofC grad student to be eligible for the program.
